Prediker 8:14

SV	Er is [nog] een ijdelheid, die op aarde geschiedt: dat er zijn rechtvaardigen, dien het wedervaart naar het werk der goddelozen, en er zijn goddelozen, dien het wedervaart naar het werk der rechtvaardigen. Ik zeg, dat dit ook ijdelheid is.
WLC	יֶשׁ־הֶבֶל֮ אֲשֶׁ֣ר נַעֲשָׂ֣ה עַל־הָאָרֶץ֒ אֲשֶׁ֣ר ׀ יֵ֣שׁ צַדִּיקִ֗ים אֲשֶׁ֨ר מַגִּ֤יעַ אֲלֵהֶם֙ כְּמַעֲשֵׂ֣ה הָרְשָׁעִ֔ים וְיֵ֣שׁ רְשָׁעִ֔ים שֶׁמַּגִּ֥יעַ אֲלֵהֶ֖ם כְּמַעֲשֵׂ֣ה הַצַּדִּיקִ֑ים אָמַ֕רְתִּי שֶׁגַּם־זֶ֖ה הָֽבֶל׃
Trans.	yeš-heḇel ’ăšer n^a‘ăśâ ‘al-hā’āreṣ ’ăšer\| yēš ṣadîqîm ’ăšer magî‘a ’ălēhem kəm^a‘ăśēh hārəšā‘îm wəyēš rəšā‘îm šemmagî‘a ’ălēhem kəm^a‘ăśēh haṣṣadîqîm ’āmarətî šegam-zeh hāḇel:

AC	יד יש הבל אשר נעשה על הארץ אשר יש צדיקים אשר מגיע אלהם כמעשה הרשעים ויש רשעים שמגיע אלהם כמעשה הצדיקים אמרתי שגם זה הבל
ASV	There is a vanity which is done upon the earth, that there are righteous men unto whom it happeneth according to the work of the wicked; again, there are wicked men to whom it happeneth according to the work of the righteous: I said that this also is vanity.
BE	There is a thing which is to no purpose done on the earth: that there are good men to whom is given the same punishment as those who are evil, and there are evil men who get the reward of the good. I say that this again is to no purpose.
Darby	There is a vanity which is done upon the earth; that there are righteous [men] unto whom it happeneth according to the work of the wicked; and there are wicked [men] to whom it happeneth according to the work of the righteous. I said that this also is vanity.
ELB05	Es ist eine Eitelkeit, die auf Erden geschieht: daß es Gerechte gibt, welchen nach dem Tun der Gesetzlosen widerfährt, und daß es Gesetzlose gibt, welchen nach dem Tun der Gerechten widerfährt. Ich sagte, daß auch das Eitelkeit sei.
LSG	Il est une vanité qui a lieu sur la terre: c'est qu'il y a des justes auxquels il arrive selon l'oeuvre des méchants, et des méchants auxquels il arrive selon l'oeuvre des justes. Je dis que c'est encore là une vanité.
Sch	Es ist eine Eitelkeit, die auf Erden geschieht, daß es Gerechte gibt, welche gleichsam das Schicksal der Gottlosen trifft, und Gottlose, denen es ergeht nach dem Werk der Gerechten. Ich habe gesagt, daß auch das eitel sei.
Web	There is a vanity which is done upon the earth; that there are just men, to whom it happeneth according to the work of the wicked; again, there are wicked men, to whom it happeneth according to the work of the righteous: I said that this also is vanity.
